We do not guarantee for orders with:

- wrong shipping addresses
- misspelled names
We confirm first with any "pink slip" recipient if he knows our customer before proceeding with the actual "break up".

For your own safety: Customer data and credit card holder information MUST match, otherwise we will not process the order.
