We do not guarantee for orders with:

  • missing or wrong phone numbers
  • wrong shipping addresses
  • misspelled names

We confirm first with any "pink slip" recipient if he knows our customer before the actual "break up".

Liability: Oh Yes! Inc. liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Oh Yes! Inc. for the service.
